It is a 64 Bit architecture based processor that works along Qualcomm® Adreno™ 509 GPU, able to render +FHD (18:9) screen. On the other hand, the Honor 9N is backed by HiSilicon Kirin 659 Octa-core (4×2.36 GHz Cortex-A53 & 4×1.7 GHz Cortex-A53) processor with Mali-T830 MP2 GPU.

We find that Honor 9N is taking Android gaming seriously. The Mali-T830 MP2 GPU is powerful as Qualcomm® Adreno™ 530 GPU or somewhat it is better. Additionally, you get a gaming mode that elevates the gaming performance on demand.

There is no major difference between the pricing of these two smartphones. The Redmi Note 5 Pro’s 4 GB variant with 64 GB inbuilt storage is about Rs. 14,999 whereas, the 4 GB variant having the same storage space of Honor 9N is around Rs. 13,999. This difference of Rs 1000 adds some more votes to our choice and recommendation.

Other than that, both smartphones support external memory card of up to 256 GB memory. There is a 3 GB variant of Honor 9N as well. And for Redmi Note 5 Pro, you can go for GB RAM variant as well.
