    1. Seems Moto G6 comes with the minimal recovery mode. No issues, still you can do it, just follow the below stesp:

      Turn ON your phone.
      Open the Settings.
      Now, look for Storage or something similar.
      Then, look for cached data and clear that data.
      That’s it.

  1. I’ve tried the recovery mode and factory mode, the only way I could do this was hold volume down key & power key, it will not do it with volume up key & power key! When done it does not erase nothing on anyone of those modes, that’s why I think I might have signed into Google before I set it up through Motorola or cricket! This is a cricket Moto g6 forge phone!

  2. hi: i just want to say my cell moto play 6g doesn boot up in the past … stay trying to boot i mean reset and reset and reset status…things like : moto logo, hello ,colours bar, but again logo M motorola and then cyclic results.

    -what i have to do is the method “i dont know the name : only keep press power + down volume about 15 seconde send to factory default think
    whats a draw android fail with text no commands i have to press
    power button keep + up volume button momentanly and lived up volume (dont lived the power button

    tha cell boot up ok but i need to give him my gmail account…an do configure my phone
    and yes y can put to work my cel again but my personal data like camera photos screenshot photos and info of apps like every note etc etc then….goes died
    i cant recovery that info

    only i can see is:
    -my contacts

    my whatsapp info

    and when tried to finalize the first boot up …the phone reinstall my apps teah things like wapp twitter and so all my apps previusly downloaded and installed before the wrong cel phone-…

    ok thats all i hope some one use this info

    pd : any body knows how recovery data after this proces???
