Today if you visit YouTube.com you will see it has a complete new look (here). It is not first time YouTube has a new design, whole Google is redesigned. It seems YouTube has a different framework now. If you are on fast internet connection you can browse it in more speed. The new look is inspired by Twitter and Facebook.
It also get a new favicon, to make YT more social timeline features has been added in it.
Now it has a three column layout, three buttons has been added in menu as Browse, Movies and Upload. We know nor movies are an important component of YouTube so it was necessary too. In just right side username of the user is on same place with a little tweak.
As I have told now YT is a three column website like Twitter and Facebook, the third column is for recommended videos based on your interest. The middle section shows activities from friends and subscribed channels. The first column is left is very important , it sows you channel recommendation, trending videos, popular videos.
Now YouTube works on more location based to provide you best results and experience, dedicated tabs for music and entertainment. Now you can connect with Facebook and see Google+ videos shared by your friends.
Search results page is also tweaked but does not seems better than before. Background is not white, I think white background was better.
