First I will say about retweet, and after retweet fail.

Any post you retwwet, it simply goes to Twitter, Retweet is small button(developed by Tweetmeme) you can put it on your blog post, so any reader likes your post and he thinks others also should read it then he can easily retweet your post; in retweet process a piece of java-script code works behind the scene.

If you are aware of Twitter power, you would have been added a retweet button in each of your blog post. By retweet button any reader easily can retweet your post if he likes it, that retweet button almost works fine but not always; sometime you will see a question mark(?) on it, then it can not count how many times your post is retweeted.

When you post a new blog post, you will see simply a ‘0′ on retweet button because it is fresh post and no one has retweeted it, not even you; but if you see a question mark on it, still noting have to worry for a few moments, after refreshing your page everything will be OK. If still there is a question mark then it is problem, a few reasons can be for this problem; your URL would be blacklisted(not probably), it is redirecting somewhere other, or crawler time-out.
