In above picture see a blue triangle in black circle pointed with a black arrow, today I noticed it. When you mouse hover it you will see a tool tip “Use the up and down arrow keys to select each result. Press enter to go the selection.”
You can visit a link without a mouse click, just use the up and down arrow keys to select the result and press enter to go to link page.
To see the preview of a link use right arrow key and use left arrow key use up and down arrow keys again.
The arrow keys works on image search page too, you can use arrow keys to select any image.
