For me it is very hard to find out who is spammar in my friends but now my problem has been solved by Twitblock, it is very smart to find who is spammar.

You can check an individual profile if he/she is spamming or not.

And you can scan your account to check spammars, Twitblock provides a score based on users activities so you can easily guess how one is evolved in spamming.

When you scan your account it asks for your permission to access your Twitter account and shows you spammars list; and it counts a user as a spammaer is he has spam score more than 20.

Twitblock tells you, how many times a user using same picture in different profiles.

So you can block any user if you think that is spammar or not perfect for your reputation.
