Social media is now integral part of our life, so we all are trying to use it better way. Making more and more friends, networking with others, this is our everyday life. Mostly we read others interesting stuff, we share with others what interests us and comment on it. As we were digging before Twitter but now we have started retweeting. Facebook also has enabled this feature but in latest Google reader has added this feature and now it goes social.

People like your post, and they retweet it. Many times they comment on it but it not means they read your post or visit your blog to read it. If you like any post it reaches to your all of friends, and it same for retweeting and commenting.
