Today I am happy to share with all readers of TechShali when it was launched on May 17, 2009 and after that day I am working on it and today in the morning when I started my PC and opened TechShali then it had got Google PR3, and other accounts of TechShali as on Twitter and Friendfeed TechShali has got Google PR4.
