Simple plain background is good for info purpose but cool theme design is good to use.

Twitter provides few themes to choose as a background which makes appearance of home page little different, and it allows you to choose your custom background so there is no problem.Friendfeed doesn’t allow you to use custom background image only you can use 12 of themes, four themes are newest.

One month ago Friendfeed provided eight new themes for user and and after few weeks four more new themes for users, so now it is matter of choice which theme you apply for you.

You would have observed or you would be one of these people, who are successful people on Twitter with many followers; but their Twitter success does not work for Friendfeed.

I have saw many people who are successful on Twitter and having many followers on Twitter, but they are looking for someone to subscribe them on Friendfeed.

If both sites are Microblogging sites and have 90% similarity, then why we see this difference? One thing have to care on Friendfeed, having 5k subscribers on Friendfeed is equal to having more than 50k followers on Twitter.

There is many natural difference between Friendfeed and Twitter.

On Twitter if you never tweet, people will follow you, only you have to follow back who follows you. On Friendfeed few people will subscribe you if you would not update.

On Twitter if you follow people people will follow back you, whether you tweet or not. On Friendfeed it does not matter, how many people you have subscribed.

Twitter is a large website now so there many peoples have accounts, their interest varies and they can be successful on Twitter but not on Friendfeed because Friendfeed is not for them.

People are using Twitter for marketing purpose but Friendfeed is still safe, this is the reason when you follow back someone on Twitter they send you direct message but on friendfeed this is not In trend.

On Friendfeed a few fact works if you apply them together, first is you interact with people, subscribe to others and update regular, updates should be relevant to your image. Like others stuff and comment on them, you will gain your subscribers.

Social media is now integral part of our life, so we all are trying to use it better way. Making more and more friends, networking with others, this is our everyday life. To show our love and support social media has provided us many great tools and services, so we can easily keep in touch with whom we want and quickly reply.

We pass our time on Twitter and Friendfeed like social networking sites and we get almost any news what is happening in the world,.

Mostly we read others interesting stuff, we share with others what interests us and comment on it. As we were digging before Twitter but now we have started retweeting. One more feature is also killer in social networking is “like”other’s stuff, and this feature is Friendfeed’s soul. Facebook also has enabled this feature but in latest Google reader has added this feature and now it goes social.

People like your post, and they retweet it. Many times they comment on it but it not means they read your post or visit your blog to read it. It is not easy to read all posts and visit, but social media has provided many ways to your work done. If you like any post it reaches to your all of friends, and it same for retweeting and commenting. If I like your post and retweet it or like it, without visiting your site, this is what you need in more.

I know most of you have your profiles from long time on microblogging sites like twitter, Friendfeed, Identica, Plurk but what’s the problem you have no followers only following, only you are fan and in more detail the problem with you, you do not have a good readership blog, peoples do not know you.

You are not only person who feel this and have no followers and no friends, it’s normal thing when you start your journey on these sites but after few months things still not changing and you are still unknown then it is really serious and you should do something.

Only you have to follow simple steps to get succeed and so many friends and followers, there is nothing to do more only you have to care few things while taking these steps.

Don’t feel guilty about current position look forward, be frank and open, these microblogging sites are not only microblogging sites but social media sites also so first you should become social, I don’t know what meaning you are taking of social so I make it clear, don’t be shy meet peoples talk to peoples ask them for favor and be friendly.

If you are not a spammar 99% chances are you will succeed.

I am telling these steps but do not think I am following these steps, this is for them who want to do it, because rules of the road are simple only you have to follow.

1. Tell the world who you are?
   This is the first step to get in to crowd, tell the world about you including your name a little about you, your place and make people to believe in you, this shows are are interesting people not hiding yourself from world, so your good smiling picture is must if possible include your hobbies and interest.
2. Take part in activities and get in to crowd.
   After completing first step second step comes and is most important after first, look around you what others are doing, invite your fiends to join you, tell the importance of these sites they will come. Share your interests with peoples, ask their interests request them for friendship, follow peoples, reply others like others interest and become like minded.
3. Be regular, be passionate.
   It needs regularity if your are not regular you will fail so your activities you have to do regularly and passionately, you have to make an influence over peoples near you so who are ignoring you they will start caring you.
4. Keep fresh and helping hand.
   Here your knowledge helps you, your superficialities helps you most, tell the crowd what you can for them and how you can help others, don’t request strangers to favor you.
5. Sharing is caring always keep in mind.
   If you help others, others will help you, if you care for others others will care for you it is simple rule, you can not ignore, whom you know are famous they all are fallowing this simple rule, they always come near you as a guide and they make you feel happy but think they have so many friends and fans so how they should have caring you too even you are knew? This is the thing you have to get in your grip you can get it but not in a day you have to keep patience and things will change slowly for you.

These are simple steps to get noticed on micrblogging sites, only five steps but very effective if you follow if not have no meaning.

Toady if you have got an email from Friendfeed about someone has subscribed to your feeds then you will see email look is now changed and much better than before. Now it is seems live like friendfeed homepage.  One onth ago twitter had also changed its email look.
