How to Turn Off Google Buzz in Gmail?

If you do not like Google buzz in your inbox and you are willing to turn it off but not getting a way to turn off it, this post is for you because now you can turn off it, Google has provided a simple way to do it. It is important because it connected with Google profiles.
Just login to your Gmail account a scroll down to bottom of inbox you will find a link as shown in picture.

After clicking that a link a page will open with options you can set. Select buzz choices to show Google buzz in Gmail or not but this will only hide buzz in inbox.
You can disable Google buzz choosing second option in below picture. But it will delete your Google profile and Google buzz posts. It will disconnect your connected sites and remove updates and anyone you are following they will be unfollowed.
