I have Uninor sim card on my Android Phone, but no longer data plan for surfing. When I had subscribed data plan from Uninor it was 90 rupees for one month with 5 GB data plan. And it was very good one, when I saw my data uses it was hardly 500 MB in a month so I inquired about other plans and I found a plan which was with 2 GB data for 47 rupees for one month. I started subscribing new data plan.

Everything was fine, watching a video on YouTube was like a charm, on my desktop playing and buffering were continue but on mobile only playing no buffering. But it didn’t last longer. The price was same but data plan was changed, in 47 rupees I got 3 GB instead of 2 GB, but only 100 MB for a day. However, this was not the problem; the problem was of speed and connectivity.

The new plan had eaten the speed, usual apps like Android Marketplace (now “Play Store”), YouTube, Facebook were taking too much time to open and never loaded completely. Surfing on my mobile and using data plan was a panic. So next month I did not renew the subscription but after next moth I renewed the plan to see any improvement and sometimes it is very useful to have a data connection even if it slow, because many times I need to search something on Google or Wikipedia to help me or someone else. So it was very useful to have a data plan in mobile when you are not at home. But the things were gone worse, now internet connection had connectivity problem, when I was trying to use my data plan it was not connected, sometimes it was working and sometimes it was only connecting. And this situation was continuous for days and days, so many times I was not able to use data plan when it was necessary.

However I am still using their Uninor, I can go for number portability. Because their data plans are useless and calling rates are also not good.
