Learning English is helpful. Everything is available on your fingertip. There are three steps to learn a language: (1) Reading (2) Writing and (3) Speaking.
To be clear my English is not very good. Still I am improving it.
Learning only English is not very helpful; you need to learn other things as well as proofreading and developing own composition style.

You need to watch videos and listen carefully.
(3) Writing:
You should try to write articles or essays on the topics you like. Starting a personal blog is a good choice. Updating social media status is also helpful.
(4) Practicing:
You should practice by doing exercise and revising grammar rules.
