According to Alexa facebook is near to become third largest or third most populated website on web, we know Alexa ranks are most trustful ranks among all other web ranking sites.
Few months ago yahoo was most populated website on the web Google replaced it at number two and youtube which is at number three it would be pushed back at number four because facebook is going to take this place.
And if facebook will keep growing on it can overtake yahoo too in daily visitor.
