Hans is an old Hindi magazine. It was started by Hindi novelist or the Hindi Novel king Premchand in 1930. It was a very important magazine in Hindi literature. After the death of Premchand his son Amritrai taken the editorship of Hans magazine. But after him the publishing of this magazine was stopped.
Hans is for lovers of Hindi Literature.
On 31st July 1986, Hans magazine again started republishing in editorship of Rajendra Yadav from Akshar Publication. 31st July is that is birthdate of Munshi Premchand. Now it is 23 years old.
I have not read any recent issue of Hans magazine but I have read many issues of Hans in MJ Library (India’s first day-night library) of Ahmedabad. By the nature reborn version of Hans is controversial because of its controversial contents. As we know Rajendra Yadav is itself a controversial person. He was accused for promoting nudity in Hans. He promoted cheap writers in this magazine.
However Hans is a Hindi magazine. If you are a Hindi reader you can not ignore it. You will read poems, short stories, novels in part, book reviews and many articles on society, TV channels, news papers, politics, current trends. You will read some translated items form foreign language.
You will not find all the issues but the latest and some previous month issues.
Go to Hans.
