Alexa is a web information company; it provides information about websites, rankings, etc. It also provides websites list to download for free.
Without signup I had downloaded a list if 60K websites. And today I signed up for an Alexa account with Facebook connects. And when I navigated top sites menu Alexa offered me to download a list of 1,000,000 websites. You can try to download it without signup. And the list is daily updated.
Any problem with this download?
No. No any problem with this download but after downloading. Downloaded file is in CSV format. And perhaps you would not know how to open a CSV file. CSV files are comma delimited files. But before getting CSV file you have to unzip it because it is in zip, so you need some unzipping programs also. I use 7zip.
