Auto Tweet Your RSS Feeds Using Feedburner

Yesterday I wrote about auto tweeting your wordpress posts to twitter using wordtwit plugin. Google also let you auto tweet your RSS feed links using its feedburner service.
To set this for your RSS feeds follows these simple steps.

If yor are a feed burner user you should be having RSS feed for your blog if not you can do it by visiting feedburner. Or you are already one go to feedburner.com and login using your ID and password.

After logging you will see your RSS feeds you have created and click on the feed for hat your want to set auto tweeting. See screen shot below.

Click on the link and you will be redirected to feeds setting page. There click on publicize feed see screenshot.

Now on left sidebar you will see policing options there click on “socialize”.
There now you have to add a twitter account so click on “add twitter account”, it will ask you to verify your twitter account if you are logged in to twitter login with your ID and password and allow it. Now your twitter account will be added to feedburner.

Now choose your formatting options like title, and body or only title or only body, you can set it with or without link. You can set hastags also. Feedburner will use keywords and post categories to set hastags. When you are done click on save button.
