		<description>One of the worst things about a small number creating high quality content is that the rest will then simple rewrite it and publish it on their own blog. Hopefully they will mention you but more often than not they don&#039;t. I think this is one of the reasons people are more willing to link to famous bloggers, since they think they come up with everything by themselves.

Personally I think it&#039;s a good idea to mention other small people within your niche since there&#039;s a chance that they grow big sometime. If you have a good relationship with those you will get attention back in the future.
