Today when I was reading my feeds I found one interesting website Anybodybodyoutthere, it is little like Twitter, Yahoo and some kind of dating site, but its core purpose is to find someone to chat on any subject.
Send a chat request to available people, if he/she accepts you can start chatting, when you are busy you can change you status as you wish.
You can find relevant chat partners with the help of filters.
Add as friend, send message to anybody and rate them all.
