My friend and me decided to do some business together, we are good friends but we have different expertise and different works. I do online works and my earning is totally dependent on online works. But I am only person to work online in home, and there is no surety how long this industry will live and how long I can work. So me and my friend were looking to do some business together. We decided to call an advertiser from Delhi in Divya Bhasker classified, which is a thread cleaning company “Anjali Dhaga”. It also sells thread cleaning equipment or semi automatic machines. So we call Anjali Thread company for the details, we sent them our email address and we got an email from them. They are running four different companies, we got quote for four type of machines with different producing capacities for type of machines. Anjali Dhaga is a part of S.S. Enterprise.

Anjali Dhaga business has 6 plans, you can invest 25,000 to 10,8000. The investment is on capacity of the machine’s production in eight hours. Everything seemed fine, we need domestic electricity of single phase to run the machine. They also provide training for one week, and we have to go to Delhi for finalization. Me and my friend were planning for a Delhi trip next week and we did online search for Anjali Dhaga and we find many consumer complaints about it. The problem is about the raw material supply, if I want to sell a thread cleaning machine for 45,000 rupees but who will want to buy it? But if I tell customers that I will supply raw material and will take clean material, customers will get 65 to 75 rupees per KG, machine can produce 1o kg to 90 kg in eight hours, many of the customers will be interested in the machine. But in the consumer court many of the customers complaining they are just selling machine; once they sold the machine they will not supply any material and will not take any processed material. Finally what will do a customer with the thread machine? They also provide 5 years of warranty on the machine but what will do a customer of the warranty if he has no work at all.

So me and my friend are in great confusion, we are unable to decide to do or not to do?
