Perhaps it is an easy for many of us. A genius registers a domain name, designs and website or blog and works on it for a few months and after he sells to someone. It is his business. Or you want to buy a blog that is already well established and having good ranking. But buying and selling is not possible with platform or a market place. I have found some of market places where you can buy and sell your blogs and websites.
(1) Flippa:
Flippa is a leading marketplace for buying and selling websites.
(2) Sitepoint Market place:
I know sitepoint as a good blog where you can found interesting stuff that may useful for you. And they are well known for giving away free eBooks. But they are also a market place for buying and selling websites and blogs. It is not just for buying and selling sites so here you will find many services.
(3) Digitalpoint:
Digitalpoint is most popular web forum and it has a section for selling websites but website should be having content, it should not be just a domain name.
(4) SEDO:
Sedo is another place where you can sell websites. When someone buys your website Sedo takes some money from you as commission.
(5) Websitebroker:
here you can buy and sell website and domain names.
(6) Buysellwebsite:
Here you can sell your website but you have to pay for listing.
(7) Dealasite:
It is a free website for both buyers and sellers.
(8) Websitesforsales:
It is another marketplace for buying websites.
(9) Websiteslate:
You have to pay only one dollar for registration and you can list your website for free.

Wow, Madhav this is a nice list. My Favorites are DP, Flippa and Sitepoint. Well sometimes Ebay also works when selling sites ;)
It’s understandable that cash can make us autonomous. But what to do if somebody does not have cash? The one way only is to get the mortgage loans and just credit loan.
