Leaving comments is an easiest way to promote your blog and make good relation with other bloggers. One of my previous post on leaving comments on other blogs is here, in this post I am going to tell you about leaving comments on your own blog.
You would be wondering what have to learn about leaving comments on our own blog? “It is most easy place to leave a comment” but if you are thinking what I am asking or telling then probably you would be going wrong because leaving comments on own blog is also an art/science and needs a little care.

First I will share with you some naked truths.
(1) No one is master and if someone claims himself as a master probably he is making fool, everyone is learning here, smart guys learn from other’s experience and fools from self experience.
(2) No one can be 100% practical and perfect, everyone makes mistakes and learn from his mistakes so if you try to learn from others experience(mistakes), you could avoid making mistakes in a significant percent.
How I have seen others to leaving comment on their own blog?
(1) A few leave comments on their blog after publishing post no matter anyone commented or not and their comments I have seen are really quality comments in 5 to 15 lines. Their comments are like reference or supplementary material which writer forget to add in post. That is I think not bad if you can!
(2) A few people only leave comments on their own blog to reply a comment, that’s very good.
Cons: If do not reply
Visitor is reader and same thing goes for commenter so if you will not reply they will think you are in over confidence so it is very bad for new blogs and bloggers.
Cons: If too much reply
Visitor will probably take you self spammar that is very bad for any blog.
Where are Pros?
Hidden in Cons.
What to care when leaving comment on your blog?
(1) Do not reply each and every comment.
(2) Do not try to mention in comments you forgot something.
(3) Do not mention every commenter in a single reply.
(4) Do not reply very long answer, keep it short and simple (never stupid) and only what is necessary because it is your own blog
(5) Do not thank always, become familiar with your blog commenter, if possible try to leave comment on his blog, reciprocating is not bad if it has sense and similarity.
(6) Do not act like Robot, where it is necessary first look for what is necessary then reply.
(7) Do not take comment replying as a burden, it is baby of your blog post.

I like your comments. I actually save feedback when I read something from someone who I may want to contact later. Rarely do however. I will start leaving more feedback because of your comments. Thanks.
Steve, I am glad you liked my comments.
