Hey, great list! I find great jobs with elance and odesk but right now its being plagued with freelancers who are willing to get paid at a very low price. I get good rates at staff.com because I get to state my rate and it does not get adjusted lower or higher until a year after so that you are guaranteed to get whatever salary you want.
