I tried most of these Sites, but considering I was using a Twitter account with over 14,000 followers, I only made pennies! Most of these sites really are rip offs, or their concept is just flawed. The Twitterer is either getting pennies per click, a couple bucks for appointments or a few bucks for a sale. It’s just not worth it.
If somebody would have some business sense and would actually do it right, everybody could make some real money.
I am agree with you, actually I was trying to make some money with sites or ideas so I shared it with my readers but it was another failure.
