calendarI do not use online calendar but seeing Calendar’s popularity I can easily guess how important they are? I have written a post a few days ago on “To do lists and task managers” and calendars are also for tracking your events and schedules. I mostly listen about Google Calendar.

Many of things that we do offline (here out of PC) we can do them online because web developers make it possible. And some time things can be better than offline things as Calendars. They are better than offline or printed calendars.

Google has a page why you should use Google calendar that you can visit here. Google gives some reasons for it.

Share your schedule with co-workers, family and friends.
You can sync you calendar with your mobile phone’s built-in calendar.
It helps you to remember important events so you would never forget any event.
You can send invitations and by email or Calendar.
You can sync it with your desktop applications as Microsoft Outlook.
You can access it offline also in read only mode.
Best of it you do not have to pay for it.

I have already discussed Google calendar features above, this is I think most used online calendar because it is most flexible.

ZOHO Calendar
Zoho calendar is good for schedule, manage and track your events and appointments. You can create multiple calendars with different color and design for different events. You can share and invite. Zoho has developed a plugin also, so you can sync your events with Outlook. You can sign in using Google, Google apps, Yahoo and Facebook.

30boxes
30boxes is online calendar and it is only calendar, 30 boxes are thirty days of a month. There are many features like SMS reminders, invitations, repeating tasks, integrated maps, tagging and sharing, tracking your social profiles, tracking your bookmarks etc.

Yahoo calendar
Yahoo calendar is simple but if you use Yahoo mail then you do not have to go only for it.

Live Calendar
This is from Microsoft and it is a part of live services.

Convenient Calendar is a good free shared online calendar for families, friends, and groups. It also has a shared address book and photo album.
