If you do not have to generate and print daily so many invoices then you can use free options as well.

This is also 100% free at writing time of this post, you can send unlimited professional looking invoices to unlimited clients. Only you have to register.
Zoho Invoices
With free account you can send only five invoices per month but there is no client limit, one account can have two users. All other services are same for all type account except branding.
Betterinvoice
Service is free for all registered users; there is no mention of plans so it should be free absolutely. You can email invoices or print them. You can place PayPal button for immediate payment.
Billingboss
It is also free, it is designed for small business owners and freelancers to create and send invoices.
Billpdf
It is another free invoice generator tool, no login, no more detail just enter the pin and start creating invoice.
Curdbee
This is free and paid both, paid service is 5$/month, with free account you can create unlimited number of invoices and you can have unlimited clients. You can have you own logo and branding still some of feature are for only pro account holders.
Freebusinessforms
This is also free. You can create free invoices for product and services; you can create sales receipts also for product and services.

With free account you can send unlimited invoices, your own branding for 4 active clients and one extra user.
Intuit billingmanager
Unlimited free invoices at no cost.
Freshbooks
With free account you can manage 3 clients and one more user. You can send unlimited number of invoices.

This is also an option. With free account you can manage one user, 3 clients and 5 projects.

I’ve been using Freshbooks (Paid account) for almost three years before I switched to curdbee. However I can confirm that Freshbooks’ free account is not of any use unless you want to get a basic feel about the service. They only allow 3 clients which is not adequate. With curdbee I am using their free account and it offers unlimited clients and invoices which is awesome. Thus I save $200+ per year now :)
Glad to see both of them mentioned in your list though.
