Today I decided to post about video sharing websites but it was not easy for me, because many blogger have already written about it and they have rated by their own. Video sharing is one of most exiting feature of web 2.0. So many websites have one section for it. As Facebook and MySpace has video section. In this post I am mentioning websites that are only for video sharing. Most of video sharing sites are more similar than they are different.
1: YouTube
YouTube is owned by Google and now number one video sharing website. If I would not include this site in this list, this list will always be incomplete. On YouTube, with your videos you can get maximum expose. Creating your channel and promoting your videos is a fun. And its completely free.
2: Vimeo
Vimeo is another video sharing website, not completely free, but videos lovers can use it. It is respectful community of creative people who are about sharing their videos made by themselves.
3: Dailymotion
Dailymotion is free video sharing website; ***** contents are for over 18.
4: Veoh
Veoh is for movies, music and videos.
5: Revver
This website is also for videos only; it seemed me a good website.
6: Joost
Joost is an internet TV service, you login with Facebook connect.
7: 12seconds.tv
It’s like mcroblogging site for videos, simply you can message videos.
8: Collegehumor
As its name suggest, you can watch many humorous videos, TechCrunch made famous this website.
9: Hulu
I think this website is not for India, because this service is not available for India. I like to have an account on this website.
10: Break
Break is also a famous name in video sharing sites.
11: Metacafe
Metacafe is also a famous video sharing site.
12: Blip.tv
Blip.tv is an internet television since 2005. You can use its videos under Creative Commons.

This is a nice list you got here. I’m learning more about video sharing site that I never knew about before now that I have started podcasting. You have a couple on this list that I never heard of and I need to check them out.
I’d like to add a few to the list: Blinkx, Zoopy, Mefeedia, Brightcove and Howcast. There’s a few more but I don’t use them.
