Hello.

If I wanted to publish informational papers, needing to update them occationally and upload Word or PDF. The look should “serious” and not too “cool” – to initiate a thrust with the audience.

I have seen services that offer for example page flipping as in regular magazines etc. but think it might be better to present them in a more traditional way.

And of course – limited resources :-)

What would be you preference?
