Live toolbar is from Microsoft, it is a essential toolbar, you can easily access windows live services with this toolbar and search from its live search.
Live toolbar is a part of windows live services which include toolbar, messenger, photo gallery, live writer, movie maker, live mail and other important features. You can download it separate too.
This toolbar is also very important and I have installed it.
